No pressure.Office Manager (Part Time)Prato, ItalyWe are looking for an Office Manager professional to work Part Time from our office in Prato, Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities proficiently while having a keen eye on improving our guest and employee experience. This hands-on role requires the ability to see the big picture as well as delve in the details. The Office Manager will wear many hats as a receptionist, hospitality coordinator, administrative assistant, facilities manager and trouble shooter. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative, flexible and sometimes ambiguous environment and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a high growth company.Key Responsibilities IncludeOverseeing the front desk and lobby area by greeting guests, notifying hosts, and providing serviceManaging incoming and outgoing mail through USPS and FedEx/UPS - retrieve and distribute mail, handle outgoing and certified mail, maintain stamp inventory through Pitney BowesManage in-office presence with Covid safety protocolsServe as primary point of contact for office management, including building, facilities and utilities management, office vendors, storage, kitchen vendors, office supplies, and space upkeepCoordinate with IT to ensure proper working order of technical equipment in conference roomsManage swag for new hire onboarding and other events as neededAssist with hospitality requests for meetings (ordering lunches, coffee, snacks, water)Qualifications4-5 years of experience as office manager or similar roleComfortable coming into an office a couple of times a weekThe right candidate for this role will be professional, team-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and personableStrong organisational and project management skillsIntermediate level skill in Google SuiteStrong FedEx/UPS domestic and international shipping experienceFluent in English and ItalianPlease provide CV in English language Powered by Webbtree
