Analyst will be working in a team environment to increase the commercial value of the assets. Analyst will gain exposure to management and optimization of power generators across different ISOs while working alongside Asset Managers· Review and submit operational data to ISOs· Provide quantitative analysis support· Track and procure emissions allowances· Provide asset management functions such as gas nominations· Work with settlements to ensure margins are accurate· Support data aggregation efforts to assist fleet wide and site specific asset optimization· Improve/develop analytical tools for the commercial desk related to plant performance and market information· Assist other groups within company regarding budgeting and risk reporting· Other commercial duties as required· Establish relationships with plant operators and 3rd party suppliersRequirements:· 1-3 Years’ Experience · Bachelor’s Degree required, Finance, Business or Engineering preferred· Strong team player with solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail· Strong basics in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (VLOOKUPS, etc.)*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, and disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
