The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring and answering incoming emails from clients and/or candidates, utilizing web-based applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and reporting, scheduling interviews as well as managing calendars for senior members of the team. Previous recruiting and/or HR experience preferred, but not mandatory.**This role will require you to be in the office daily**Job Details• Schedule candidate phone screens and meetings, as needed• Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting• Extensive communication and follow-ups with internal recruiters, clients, and candidates• Resume editing/formatting• Assist with lead generation and other business development activities, as needed• Monitoring and answering incoming emails from clients and/or candidates• Assist with payroll activities, as needed• Extensive communication and follow-ups with internal recruiters, clients, and candidates• Assist with candidate onboarding processes, as needed• Document creation, tracking, and data entry• Assist with any ad hoc tasks and projects, as neededQualifications Skills• At least six months of related work experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar positions• College degree preferred, related work experience is required• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines• Proven excellent organization and communication skills• Proven ability to handle confidential information with care Powered by Webbtree
