Part time customer service representative remote

In this role, you will handle customer service responses via phone and email across all of brands and platforms while performing administrative duties as needed for the Operations department.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesHandle customer service responses via email and phone along with Senior Customer Service RepresentativeProvide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customersWork closely with the customer service representatives at our call center, CDS Global, as a liaison with their teamWork with the support team at our customer management company, Piano, to resolve problems as necessaryGain deep understanding of all our products, subscriptions, systems, and processesWork with marketing, technology, and editorial to improve processes to eliminate ongoing customer issuesPerform administrative duties for the Operations department when neededUnderstanding of changes as they are happening, within the companyPerform other job-related duties as assignedRequirements:Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred1-2 years related experience. Phone customer service experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with using Zendesk is a plusComfortable using a computer, telephone with headset, printer, copy machine, scannerKnowledge and SkillsPhone customer service experience preferredExcellent communicator, verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time well and work independentlyProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
