Lead data analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover valuable insights. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support in executing projects and tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.Design and implement data collection methods, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Develop and maintain data models and databases to support data analysis and reporting.Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.Interpret and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Identify and recommend improvements to data collection processes and data quality.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.RequirementsBachelor s degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.Proven experience as a data analyst or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.Strong proficiency in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using database management systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex and unstructured data.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
