If you are enthusiastic about Data and you possess the skills to work with data entry, data management, data scrapping, data formatting, data processing, documentation, collect Lead.Key Responsibilities:• Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies. Cross-check data with the source documents to maintain data integrity. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.• Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed. Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.• Protect sensitive and confidential information by following data security and privacy policies.• Organize and maintain file, database and data strong sufficiently.• Manage data entry software and tools efficiently.Qualifications• HSC / Diploma/ Vocational/ Madrasah / Running Student / Graduate in any discipline.• Typing Speed 25-30 WPM and Computer Literacy skills.• Administrative Assistance experience.• Effective written and verbal Communication skills.• Attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.• Ability to work independently and remotely.• The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.• Able to use office management software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack Powered by Webbtree
