In this important role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales and Merchandising departments.Primary Duties:Ensure accurate product information/ data entryEnter production orders using company-based softwareSend images of products to customersIssue materials/receiving finished goodsProvide customer service support for selling platformsReview data for discrepancies or errorsAdd new products or remove obsolete products that are no longer availableResolving data problems by analyzing data and identify solutionsWork on special projectsExperience and Skills:Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, OutlookHigh School Diploma, College Degree Preferred1-2 Years’ Experience in Office EnvironmentStrong attention to detailAble to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAble to meet deadlinesExcellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and team building skillsAbility to exercise independent discretion and judgmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsMust possess excellent interpersonal skills and work well under pressurePunctual and reliableJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Powered by Webbtree
