Working closely with our conveyancing residential property solicitors you will assist in the day-to-day progression of files, office administration, management of diaries, liaising with clientsDay to day you will be involved in: -Relationship building with third parties, proactively progressing mattersManaging first line client enquiries and questionsArranging practical aspects relating to case workDrafting and submissions of Land Registry Applications and Stamp Duty returns, alongside the file handlerAttending to clients’ administrative mattersDiary managementLiaising with Risk and Compliance on auditingPreparing billsSupporting solicitors in proactively managing aged debtUpdating external websites and portalsEnsuring all file closing procedures are conducted at the end of the transaction and liaising with archiving for file closureSkills and Experience required:Committed and able to work on your own initiativeDetail-orientated approach to your work and ability to work under pressureExcellent telephone mannerEffective time managementExperience gained within a property department or similar environmentProven experience of working with a case management system, e.g., Proclaim.
