DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve our digital products and services. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions for our digital products and services.Monitor digital performance metrics and communicate trends to stakeholders.Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsBachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a business analysis role.Experience working with digital products and services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
