DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team to help drive business growth. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and creating and presenting proposals. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential customers.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be a self-starter, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A successful Business Development Representative will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales targets and growing our business.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreachDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clientsPrepare and deliver proposals to potential clientsCoordinate with marketing to create and implement strategies for reaching new clientsWork with the sales team to ensure that leads are moving through the sales pipelineAttend industry events and conferences to generate leads and network with potential clientsProvide exceptional customer service to clients, including troubleshooting and problem resolutionRequirementsBachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field1-2 years of sales or business development experienceStrong understanding of sales and marketing principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and prioritiesFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours when necessary Powered by Webbtree
