Our call center is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote position that allows a flexible work schedule.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the details of their financing options, answering their questions about their accounts, and ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience with Flexiti.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, and provide guidance and explanations in a professional and courteous manner.Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.Manage customer inquiries via email or chat, while maintaining a high level of company and brand awareness.Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.Communicate effectively with other departments and teams within the company in order to resolve customer issues.Strive to meet or exceed customer service standards and expectations.Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.RequirementsA high school diploma or equivalent post-secondary education.Relevant experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and active listening.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling customer requests via email or chat.Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.Experience in financial or call center environments is an asset.
