DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You should have a passion for helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours and competitive compensation.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may have.Maintain knowledge of relevant product and industry trends to better serve customers.Accurately enter customer information and orders into our database.Handle billing inquiries and resolve any billing issues.Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to solve problems and think critically.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
