DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - Entry Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will serve as the front line for customer inquiries and concerns, managing a high volume of customer service requests through phone, email or chat channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and transactions, as well as identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate departments as needed.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients and customers through multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.Document customer service interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently.Manage a high volume of customer service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.Promote and sell products and services to customers as needed.Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.Assist with training and coaching new team members as directed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.Prior customer service experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
