Beam line operator

DescriptionOur company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Beam Line Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a beam line machine to produce high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with equipment maintenance. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits packages.ResponsibilitiesOperate beam line machines to produce metal products according to established procedures and quality standards.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make machine adjustments as needed.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and adjust processes as necessary.Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met on a daily basis.Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance procedures.Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent education.2+ years of experience operating beam line machines or similar equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques and equipment maintenance procedures.Ability to lift and move heavy loads up to 50 lbs.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
