DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As our Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new customers and employees to our organization. You ll work closely with the CEO and other members of the team to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing and recruiting skills and grow with a rapidly expanding company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and employeesCreate and execute recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates for open positionsPost job ads and manage recruiting platforms to ensure a steady stream of applicantsWork with HR team to screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate hiring processesConduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing and recruiting strategiesManage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand awareness and engagementCoordinate with outside vendors on marketing and branding initiativesRequirementsBachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in marketing and/or recruitingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasksIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing toolsAbility to work well in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
