DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty, drive engagement and improve customer experiences. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a track record of creating and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth.Create and launch automated campaigns that align with various stages of the customer journey.Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and needs to inform segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and design, to support the development of new and existing products that optimize for lifetime value.Continually monitor emerging trends and technologies in the lifecycle marketing space and make recommendations for new test initiatives.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on lifecycle marketing.Proven ability to create, implement, and optimize complex lifecycle marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems.Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather insights from data to inform marketing strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
