DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of Finance to join our team. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in driving financial growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax, and risk management.Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the company s financial goals are met.Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.Manage the annual budget process and monitor financial performance to ensure budgetary goals are met.Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and all other financial requirements.Supervise and train the finance team to ensure high-quality financial services are provided to the organization.RequirementsBachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management.Proven track record of success in driving financial growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Experience in developing and managing budgets.Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
