Manager of finance accounting and cash management

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Manager of Finance - Accounting and Cash Management. This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing financial activities such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to provide strategic advice to executive management to help drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.Manage accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Oversee cash management functions including cash forecasting and analysis of financial trends.Prepare and review financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders.Analyze financial data and provide advice to executive management to support business decision making.Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.RequirementsBachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in financial management roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and cash management practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide financial advice to executive management.Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of professionals.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
