DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting and finance operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial management principles. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company s financial processes, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, and accounts payable and receivable.ResponsibilitiesManage the company s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with financial regulations.Create and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial management.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.Manage the company s cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals, establishing goals, roles, and responsibilities.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
