Finance accounts assistant

DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and highly motivated Finance Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our finance department in performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The Finance Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial audits and analyses.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and perform data entry to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.Assist with accounts receivable billing and payment collection, resolving any discrepancies as necessary.Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.Prepare and distribute financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.Maintain accurate and organized records for all financial transactions.Assist in financial audits and analyses, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in other accounting software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information effectively.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
