DescriptionWe are seeking a highly-skilled Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic recruitment strategy to attract top talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters, to ensure we are attracting the best candidates and presenting our employer brand effectively. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a strong talent acquisition background, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the recruitment marketing strategy to attract talent across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and advertising.Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to define talent acquisition needs and create compelling job advertising content.Lead efforts to elevate our employer brand by developing and promoting messaging that embodies our organization’s values and employer value proposition (EVP).Manage relationships with external branding and recruitment marketing agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.Create and manage recruitment marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive efficiencies.Develop and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies and adjust plans and tactics accordingly.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our recruitment marketing strategy is innovative and competitive.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related field.5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding, with a proven track record of success.Experience working with large, global organizations is strongly preferred.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and job board technologies.
