DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other customer-related issues in a timely and eloquent manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a variety of customer service related tasks, all the while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and professional manner.Maintain customer records and update customer profile information as necessary.Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction.Assist customers with product and service inquiries and information.Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products and services.Maintain a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times, even in difficult situations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Customer service experience preferred.Willingness to learn and take direction from management.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
