As a Claims Customer Support Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring that claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess and respond to customer inquiries and claims via phone, email, and other forms of communication.Resolve customer issues and reach a satisfactory resolution.Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in our database.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that claims are being processed accurately and in a timely manner.Identify areas for improvement in our claims process and suggest solutions to management.Provide accurate information to customers regarding their claims status and other relevant information.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and claims.RequirementsBachelor s degree in a relevant field.2+ years of experience in customer service or claims processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Experience with CRM software and data entry.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
