In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with them. You will be expected to quickly and effectively resolve any issues or concerns they may have, while ensuring that their satisfaction remains our top priority. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working remotely, has exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution of all issuesUnderstand and promote our products and services to customers, providing relevant information and education when necessaryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and escalationsProvide support to customers through the entire sales and product delivery processContinuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in customer service, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-sellingMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, building empathetic and long-lasting relationships with customersCollaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved effectivelyRequirements1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spellingAbility to work independently and effectively in a remotely managed team environmentExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common CRM software platformsExperience with sales and up-selling techniques is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college or university degree preferred.
