Customer service engineer

DescriptionOur company is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You will be working closely with customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products, and providing assistance with installations and setups. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and identifying areas for improvement.
