The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Allocate resources, such as manpower and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met.Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Operations Management or a related field.Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret production data.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production management software.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with process improvement methodologies.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
