Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure their growth and developmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelinesOversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standardsManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are metConduct regular quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality design assetsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to design projectsWork closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement design strategies that align with business goalsRequirementsBachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldProven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skillsPrevious experience in a managerial or leadership roleProficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detailKnowledge of current design trends and best practicesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Powered by Webbtree
