DescriptionWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative design concepts, while managing and mentoring a team of graphic designers. Your creativity and expertise will be crucial in driving brand awareness and elevating our visual communication across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assetsManage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality outputCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and establish design objectivesConduct thorough research to identify latest design trends and incorporate them into design conceptsEnsure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identityConduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design conceptsPrepare final artwork for production, including ensuring the accuracy of specifications and delivering files in the appropriate format and resolutionStay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to bring fresh ideas to the teamRequirementsBachelor s degree in graphic design or a related fieldProven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar roleProficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projectsExcellent creativity and ability to think outside the boxStrong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyAbility to work on multiple projects with tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and persuasivelyAttention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all projectsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Powered by Webbtree
