DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer Services team in an IT company. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of service delivery, including establishing and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing the resolution of service issues.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceededEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiriesCollaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate client requirements and ensure client satisfactionOversee the resolution of service issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolutionMonitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutionsManage the service delivery process, including service requests, change management, and incident managementConduct regular service reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvementRequirementsBachelor s degree in IT or a related fieldProven experience in a customer service or service delivery role, preferably in the IT industryStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProficient in using service management software and toolsDemonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutionsTeam player with a positive and proactive attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to work outside regular business hours when requiredITIL certification is a plus Powered by Webbtree
