If you are passionate about corporate social responsibility, have excellent communication skills, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement CSR strategies to enhance the company s reputation and commitment to social and environmental responsibility.Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.Manage all aspects of CSR programs, including budgeting, event planning, community partnerships, and employee engagement activities.Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR initiatives to stakeholders.Develop and execute internal communications plans and strategies.Manage all internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and internal social media platforms.Create and distribute internal communications content, including company announcements, updates, and employee recognition.RequirementsBachelor s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.Proven experience in corporate social responsibility and internal communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the impact of CSR initiatives.Knowledge of current CSR trends and best practices.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office suite and intranet software.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
