In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical resources and support services provided to our faculty members.As a Faculty Technical Resources Manager, you will oversee the coordination and allocation of technical resources, including computers, software, and other equipment, to faculty members. You will be responsible for ensuring that faculty members have access to the necessary tools and resources to support their teaching and research activities. You will also provide technical support and training to faculty members, helping them to effectively utilize the available resources.In addition, you will be responsible for managing the technical support team and ensuring that all technical issues and requests are addressed in a timely manner. You will work closely with faculty members to understand their needs and requirements, and collaborate with other departments and vendors to develop and implement solutions.The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong technical background. You should have experience in managing technical resources and providing technical support.
