In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for internet customers, managing the team of internet sales representatives, and driving sales growth in both online and offline markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in growing sales revenue.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of internet sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them succeed in their roleOversee the sales process for internet customers, from initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicleDevelop and implement a comprehensive internet sales strategy to drive revenue growth in online and offline marketsWork closely with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective online campaigns to attract new customersMonitor and analyze internet sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processesEnsure that all internet sales activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsStay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in internet sales managementStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of success in growing sales revenueStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM and internet sales tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and AutotraderMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
