Catalog sales manager

DescriptionWe are seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to join our team. As the Catalog Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our company s products through catalogs. Your goal will be to maximize sales and profitability of our products through effective management of catalog operations and personnel. In this role, you will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies for catalogs to increase revenue and profitability.Manage budgets and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are being met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure catalog product offerings are in line with market trends.Oversee the creation of catalogs and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitability.Develop and train a sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to help drive performance.Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in catalog sales management or a related field.Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with catalog management software is a plus.
