DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email and chat. If you have excellent communication skills, are a problem solver, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding their inquiries.Resolve customer complaints by applying good judgement and problem-solving skills.Maintain customer records by updating account information in the internal systems.Handle a large volume of incoming calls and inquiries in a timely manner.Strive towards meeting service level agreements in response time, quality and productivity.Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in customer service.Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software.
