DescriptionOur company is seeking a reliable Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and other goods to customers in a safe, timely and efficient manner. You will be representing our company to our customers, therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload packages and other goods from the delivery vehiclePlan the shortest and safest delivery route based on order informationDeliver packages and goods to customers within the scheduled time frameObtain signatures and complete other delivery paperwork as requiredMaintain delivery records and report any discrepancies or issuesCommunicate effectively with customers, colleagues and the management teamEnsure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and in good working orderRequirementsValid driver s license and a good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift heavy packages up to 50 poundsGood time management and organization skillsAbility to navigate and use GPS systemsGood communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with city streets and traffic patterns Powered by Webbtree
