Job description:

Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives or high-profile individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information. The Personal Assistant will act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the executive s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsScreen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of the executive as appropriatePrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsConduct research and compile data for reports and presentationsManage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the executiveHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all timesAct as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executivesAttend meetings and take minutes as requiredManage expenses and prepare expense reportsPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor s degree in business administration, communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive AssistantExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong attention to detail and accuracyIf you are interested in this position, please send your resume, contact information and salary requirements to [email protected] Powered by Webbtree
