DescriptionWe are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and maintain the overall operation of the store. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for customer service.As Store Manager, you will be accountable for managing daily store activities, developing strategies to attract and retain customers, and ensuring high-quality merchandise is consistently stocked. You will lead training and coaching for store employees, communicate sales goals, and motivate the team towards achieving these goals. If you have retail leadership experience and possess excellent management skills, we want you on our team!ResponsibilitiesManage all retail store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.Train, motivate and evaluate employees, ensuring they are upholding customer service standards.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and concerns.Track inventory, monitor sales trends, and control costs to maximize profitability and meet budget goals.Ensure a safe and clean environment is maintained throughout the store.Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers and the local community.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of experience in a retail management role.Strong leadership ability and proven track record of team management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Understanding of customer service principles.
