Call centre agent work at home

DescriptionOur company is looking for a qualified Call Centre Agent who can work from home. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and ensuring that they receive high-quality customer service. You will be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be required to use multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to respond to customer inquiries.ResponsibilitiesReceive and make outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer customer queries and provide information about products/servicesResolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and accurate mannerAccurately record and document customer interactionsUpsell products and services to customers when appropriateMeet and exceed monthly sales targetsAttend training sessions and team meetings to improve knowledge and performanceRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience working in a call centre or similar environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with customer service software and databasesComfortable working from home and able to provide a quiet and professional working environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education being an asset.
