DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing department and ensuring the smooth operation of their activities, while also promoting our products to the potential customers and managing their needs. You will play a key role in helping our team reach its sales goals and expand its market share.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including organizing and scheduling meetings and presentations, maintaining customer databases and reports, and handling correspondence and other documents.Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand in the market, including conducting market research, analyzing trends, and monitoring competition.Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and partners, and manage their communication and relationships, providing customer service, and resolving issues.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting our products and unique value propositions, and closing deals.Monitor and track sales and marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the management team.Create and maintain accurate inventory and pricing data for all products and services, and ensure timely updates to sales and marketing materials.Stay up-to-date with the latest sales and marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in sales and marketing administration, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Experience in conducting market research and analysis, and developing and implementing marketing plans.Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM).Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
