As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting senior project managers with planning, organizing, and executing various projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior project managers with generating project ideas, creating project plans, and setting project goals.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.Apprise stakeholders of project status, risks, and issues.Prepare project reports and presentations, including progress updates, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.Perform project timeline management, including tracking of key milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.Support project budget management, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.RequirementsBachelor s degree in business administration, project management, or related discipline.At least 2 years of experience in project management or related field.Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
