As the Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.ResponsibilitiesProspect, research, and generate leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and other communication platformsQualify leads to determine their level of interest in our products and servicesSet up appointments and demos for Account Executives with interested prospectsCollaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective sales processConduct follow-up calls and emails to keep prospects engaged with the companyMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospects and leads in the CRMRequirementsProven track record of success in a sales or business development roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubspotHighly motivated and adaptable to changing prioritiesBachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
