DescriptionOur company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from customers, as well as providing them with solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that customers receive a positive experience and their issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
