The Junior Data Analyst works in the administration of systems and processes that support the school’s strategic vision, our staff, and our students.This position is a Level 5 School Officer position ($37.17 - $38.98 per hour).The successful candidate will:Have a passion and understanding of curriculum requirements and needs.Be able to work independently as well as within a team structure.Be self-motivated to learn new skills.Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Be flexible to adapting and changing demands, with the ability to prioritise.Possess a strong ability to analyse and solve problems.Be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.Utilise experience in achieving efficiency and innovation.Maintain respect for confidential data. Essential Competencies and Qualifications (Selection Criteria)Possession of a ‘Working with Children’ Card (Blue Card).Experience in TASS and in an educational environment desirable, with experience in administrative roles.A high working knowledge of and above average skills of MS Excel including manipulating data using formulas and functions to achieve desired results.Experience in entering and maintaining data via the QCAA portal is highly desirable.An understanding of knowledge base and help desk ticketing systems would be an advantage.
