Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Explore users’ needs and generate reports and information.Manipulate data to represent information for problem solving.Create reports and visualizations in Crystal Reports, Power BI, Yellow Fin, SSRS and Tableau.Extract data from the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, date warehouse, payer systems and other databases systems as necessary and/or requested.Deliver training to end users on how to utilize data solutions.Maintain business knowledge and be able to understand and communicate context of reports.Identify appropriate metrics and determine appropriate business requirements. 8. Determine best method to gather and present complex information.Assist in the development and training of our staff for use of reports; assist with Excel reports and the Business Intelligence function.Assist in the development of data metrics and KPIs.Reviews/analyzes various billing reports.
