This individual is also responsible for developing new reports to support institutional leadership and archiving institutional research reports and data in the library systems.Additional DutiesAct as a department resource for matters of business analysis, project management and change management by providing consulting support and developing department standards, templates, and strategies. Provides functional support and training to UNO staff members.Continually learn by researching trends and best practices on campus, in the higher education industry, and in CRM/BI tools in order to be a resident expert.Additional duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferably in business/management information systems/other technology-related field, or equivalent work experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience utilizing SalesForce CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
