We are looking to add a high-energy Administrative Office Assistant to our growing Large Format and Signs division. The position would be aimed at the coordination of a wide variety of tasks including client support, basic estimating, product sourcing and other front-office responsibilities. Our environment is fast paced and requires the ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks and priorities.What You’ll DoReceive and process incoming job ticketsAssist tracking the status of multiple ongoing sign projectsDevelop estimates for basic large format and sign related projectsSource basic products and write purchase ordersProvide customer service to existing accountsAnswer, screen and transfer phone calls when neededProvide customers with updates on projectsPerform other, job-related, duties as assignedOur Ideal CandidatePreferred to have an understanding of retail/POP graphics, digital printing, large format printing and sign related terms, materials and production processesProficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Familiar with QuickBooks helpfulExperience with basic estimating helpfulInternet savvyOrganization skills for multi-tasking and recognizing, setting, meeting multiple demands on timeProfessional demeanorPhysical RequirementsSignificant periods of time sitting or standingOccasional walking up and down stairs to visit key departments for coordinationSignificant periods of screen timeFine motor skills sufficient for keyboarding, manipulation of artwork and documentationAbility to distinguish colors and shadesAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds (marketing materials, products, collateral) Powered by Webbtree
