As a Software QA Tester, you will be responsible for performing assessments of software products in accordance with software test plans and procedures to ensure a high level of software quality and consistency.Duties/Responsibilities:Executes software validation protocols.Assists product developers in the replication of product failures.Verified fixes are applied by executing targeted tests.Effectively communicates with peers and project team both through email and via face-to-face interactions.Performs and documents software test evaluations in compliance with test plan procedures.Efficiently manages own time to complete work and associated paperwork by assigned completion dates.Review data for compliance with specifications and report abnormalities.Takes responsibility for self-development, actively seeking feedback and responding accordingly.Ensures compliance with company policies.Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience:Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university.Six months of working experience in software testing and automated testing applicationsCertificate in quality assurance is a plus.Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to execute multiple priorities, while maintaining high attention to detail.Strong logical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsSkilled at promoting team cooperation and a commitment to team success.Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Benefits:401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayChoose your own hours We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
