Data entry specialist part time

The Data Entry Specialist will act as a Revenue Operation Assistant and be responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Services Organization. Working closely with firm’s Director of Services Operations, this individual will maintain the overall tracking of all Professional Services projects and monitor project health. The overall responsibility is that of relieving billable resources from operational tasks where possible.Essential FunctionsInput data into the internal project tracking system.Set up projects in Professional Services automation tool, based on services sold through Statement of Work, proposal and/or invoices through manual data entry.Audit OpenAir entries for accuracy and consistency.Contribute to developing and enhancing new processes across Professional Services.Identify, communicate and assist with workflow/system improvements.Collect, analyze, and summarize information, in report form, across division.Work with peers in Services Operations to facilitate resource sharing.Other FunctionsIdentifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process to peers.Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.AccountabilitiesHigh volume data entry.Data Integrity; reports are complete and accurate.Maintains accurate documentation within role.Position Specific CompetenciesHigh volume data entry experience required.Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, a high degree of accuracy is required.Experience with administering and optimizing a Professional Services Automation platform such as NetSuite OpenAir (highly preferred).Strong Microsoft Product Suite knowledge: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Strong business acumen, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.Highly self-motivated and self-directed, but not afraid to ask questions.Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Strong time management skills.Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.Some basic working experience with Salesforce.
