Job description:

This role can be done from anywhere within the U.S., and may require occasional travel for Company Offsites or Board Meetings. You’ll be responsible for calendar management of the CEO, scheduling and coordination of company meetings (All Hands, Board Meetings, team culture events, new hire orientation schedules, etc.), business travel arrangements, and other critical administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Establish, organize, and maintain files and recordsReceive and respond to correspondence (some of which may be confidential); proofread, revise, and edit other materials for accuracy, thoroughness, and appropriatenessAccept, screen, and route telephone calls.Resolve routine and non-routine administrative problems and answer inquiries.Greet and direct visitors, as appropriate, concerning activities and operations of department/divisionArrange meetings and conferences, schedule interviews and appointments and perform other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedulesCoordinate travel arrangementsSort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mailPrepares photocopies and facsimiles and operates a variety of office equipment.May order and maintain suppliesQualificationsDependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard procedures to accomplish routine tasks.Ability to open, create and modify routine documents using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc.) and enter/retrieve basic information from various applications and systems.Ability to exchange basic information verbally and in writing as normally acquired through a high school education or equivalent training required and 0-1 year of work experience.Knowledge of insurance terminology desired.
