Residential Pool Maintenance TechnicianHours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM Start Time, Excellent Work/Life Balance!Signing Bonus: $250 after 60 DaysTraining Pay: $15/HourFull Time Pay: From $650/Week up to $1200/WeekMonthly Bonus Program!The Residential Pool Maintenance Technician manages a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.RICK S POOL SERVICE Full service consists of cleaning and netting debris out our client s pool, emptying, skimmer baskets, sweep, and maintaining the chemicals. Tasks include:Managing truck inventory of equipmentProperly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weeklySpot upsell opportunities outside of the repair callUtilize Jobber mobile platform on a smart phonePurpose:Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification of any pool related issuesEssential Functions:Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ poolsIdentify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnelCommunicate the status of the pool with the homeownerEnsure all activities are performed in a safe mannerOffered:$250 Signing Bonus (Paid after 60 days)Monthly Bonus ProgramReferral Bonus ProgramPTOCell Phone AllowanceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with MatchingRequired:A valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordThe ability to lift 100 poundsAbility to work outside in a variety of temperaturesPrior experience is not needed - we will train the right candidate who has a good work ethic and mechanical aptitudeKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Self-motivated, self-starterComfortable in the use of chemicalsExperience in customer service preferredWork Environment/Hours:This position works outside at customers’ homes7:30AM Start Time - Work/Life Balance!Work location:Multiple locationsHaving a pool should be enjoyable and relaxing.
